Being part of the Region Grand Massif, Lez Carroz boasts easy access to the three other resorts Flaine, Morillon and Samoens. This gives it an impressive ski area of 265km. The region has 78 lifts including 11 cable cars. Lez Carroz has a cable car east of the town centre called Kedeuze. From the arrival point you gain initial access to a series of runs and lifts all the way to the high point of the mountain called the Tete du Pré des Saix. These lifts give you access to the wider Grand Massif which consist of 17km of black runs, 60km of red runs, 94km of blue runs and 28km of green runs. In Lez Carroz there are 5 green slopes, 16 blue slopes, 9 red slopes and 4 black slopes served by 1 gondola, 2 chair lifts, 1 drag lift and 3 Magic carpets. The Oasis cool zone is a fun ski area where you can be filmed by 7 cameras and Caribbean-like palm trees have been pitted into the ski area for some fun runs.

In the summer you can enjoy the Lez Carroz bike run park which consists of some gnarly runs through the treelines with jumps and consists of 7 runs with 14km worth of mountain biking trails. These are at an altitude of 1140m to 1760m. There are 10 hiking trails which offer panoramic views of the mountain peaks and lakes. At the Gondola desk you can book a session of mountain carting, the alpine version of go karting. The Park allows you to ride through 4.6km worth of slopes accessible via the Kedeuze gondola. For some summer swimming the Aquacîme complex has a lovely outdoor heated pool with some well-groomed lawns and an indoor wellness area with a zen pool and sauna for relaxation. Alternatively take to the skies and enjoy birdlike views by attending the paragliding school which allows you to fly above the village and gaze upon the Aravis mountains.
