In order to meet current requirements of comfort and design, it has been completely renovated with all the sanitary units, piping and electrical circuits replaced and an underfloor heating system installed with independent control.
The interior walls are covered with old-style wood and a smooth paint. False ceilings are painted with brushed lime.
The wooden window frames have all been replaced and the windows secured and fitted with electrified wood blinds.
The kitchen has also been designed by a cabinet maker and is fully equipped with branded appliances.
The living room includes a modern fireplace with protective glazing.
A TV screen is incorporated in the walls of the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom facing the sauna.
All bedrooms have an old wood wardrobe.
The bathrooms and showers are equipped with high quality and branded equipment, Dornbracht for taps and accessories, and Villeroy & Boch for appliances. The bathroom has a massage bathtub and both it and the shower room are equipped with Bose speakers and heated towel rails.
