If you head to the right from La Tania you can enjoy the Courchevel Valley and over to the left head over to Méribel and then onto the Belleville valley and Val Thorens. One of the main attractions of La Tania is that property prices are markedly lower than some of its more famous neighbours but you still have access to the exact same pistes! All the apartments come with a balcony or a terrace, spectacular mountain views, a ski locker, a cellar, are fully furnished and have a parking space (larger apartments have 2 parking spaces).

These apartments will be sold under a commercial lease with a management contract with an established operator for .20 years.
